PROCEDURES AND USE POLICIES

HOURS:           Exclusive use for nine (9) hours: six (6) hour event;two (2) hours to set up and one (1) hour to break down.

                     Latest rental ending time is 10:00 PM

RENTAL FEES:  The 2008 rental fee for up to 100 guests is $3,000.00.

Additional guest fees are $30 per person.

REHEARSAL:     Up to two (2) hours included in the rental fee. Rehearsals may be scheduled for Thursday or Friday between the hours of 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Please understand that the rehearsal time is not guaranteed and that Hazlwood has the right to book an exclusive event on the same date and time.

OUTDOOR AREAS: All outdoor areas that are maintained are available.

Maximum Seating Outdoors: 250 (some exceptions possible)

2 Portable Executive Restrooms on the Grounds

Water Garden with surrounding landscape wall seating

Greenhouse for food service only

Large bricked area available for dining table set up.

Dining tables can be arranged on the lawn areas

INDOOR AREAS: Summer House with covered deck; Capacity 150

Bridal Room: Brides's Pre-Ceremony Dressing Area is in the Summer House

Lady's only Rest Room in Summer House

Dance floor in the Summer House and a second outdoor patio dance/eating/cocktails in front of the Summer House (right side) was added for this season, (not pictured).

Billiard Room: Available for Grooms Pre-Ceremony (ONLY), dressing and relaxing

Greenhouse: Presentation of your selected repast by Prestigious Provisions or other caterers upon approval. 

CHILDREN: Welcome! Parents or guardians are responsible and liable for children at all times. Supervision must be provided.

TEMPORARY HOLDS: Following a tour of Hazlwood, a temporary hold may be placed on a date for seven (7) calendar days ONLY without exception.
